Great New Internet TV Channel: AppleTV+
Highly recommended. If your family is anything like ours, you’re constantly hoping for a better streaming Internet channel, because HBO isn’t like it used to be. Well there now is an excellent fairly new one: AppleTV+.
We’re picky. We only like quality programming with creative plots, effective actors, outstanding dialogue, professional high-res camera work, directors who do a proper job, imaginative story-telling at its best. In a word: AppleTV+.

I keep looking for a reason to resume HBOmax after firing it several years ago for not having enough new quality content. Haven’t seen that previous quality return yet. Feels more like a political agenda.

Starting to get the drift? These are all originals made for AppleTV+ and there’s more of them and more on the way. It’s like discovering HBO 30 years ago. But with new content for today.
One or two things: Apple doesn’t make it easy to sign-up. I’m sure they’d like to think they do, but it becomes harder, the more you try. You enter all your sign-up information, then it doesn’t work. Then they want personal information you never entered before, and can’t enter now, so it becomes and Catch22. Then the next day, you may discover that you in fact may have created the account Apple told you wasn’t active, and now it does work. Strange. The best part of it: getting it to finally work. Because when it does: it will be worth it.
But in deference to Apple: YOU HAVE TO HAVE A DEVICE THAT RECOGNIZES AND PLAYS APPLETV+. Let’s say that again: if you have, for instance, an 8-year old Roku, it’s likely NOT going to allow you to receive AppleTV+. Go out and get a Roku 4k Ultra 4800 (R or X) from Best Buy. That will fix things up very quickly.
