Here’s what the sun looks like coming up to the east of the Architect’s new house in Sapphire, NC. The leaves have fallen off most of the deciduous trees, but of course the pines, hemlocks (those still alive) and other evergreens still have their needles.
The beauty is more stark, but nonetheless magical, harkening back to a time when only the Cherokee witnessed sights like this, only a couple hundred years ago. Perhaps even only 100 years ago. This area didn’t really start to get settled until the mid-1900s.
HOME ARCHITECTS ® designs houses for people all over America, that need an experienced Architect creating their design and detailed documents. To insure that they see views like this. This photo taken by the Architect from the left side of the main level porch approximately 11/8/2019.
