Here are several residential design downloads for HOME ARCHITECTS ® (HA) projects.
Download Residential Designs
Once in a while, interested people request hardcopy of something of HA’s so we have provided this webpage from which people so inclined are welcome to printout any or all of the following PDF high-quality image pages of some of HA-Rand Soellnes projects (if you want something similar of any other projects you see on this website, please let us know and we will add it as a PDF below, for you to download and print):
PROVIDENCE MOUNTAIN RETREAT & EAGLE MOUNTAIN AERIE
First is a combination of the Providence Mountain Retreat in Sevier County, Tennessee, along with some views of the Eagle Mountain Aerie, Lake Toxaway, North Carolina. The tall, vertical, large photo in the upper right corner is the Sevier County residence, showcasing its bold, rusticated timber roof trusses. The timber stairway is in the left of that photo.
Below that in the lower left photo, is the rear view of the Lake Toxaway residence, which is also featured in a large, full color coffee table book available through Amazon.com, entitled: “House With A View,” which features the residential design work of about 20 famous architects, including Rand Soellner. The lower right photo on this project sheet places you on the rear timber frame porch in the Summer Kitchen area, looking out toward the lake and mountains beyond. Wouldn’t you like a design for your family like this?
EAGLE MOUNTAIN AERIE
The upper photo is in the grand Hearth Room of this mansion, looking towards the Loft, Dining and fireplace.
The lower photo is of the front of the house, with the large drive-through porte-cochere in the center.
FALCON CLIFF LODGE
This is the start of the Lodge Series designs by Rand Soellner. The top image is from the road looking toward the front of the house. Note that you can see the amazing mountains in the distance beyond.
Below this are several additional images of the interior.
PROVIDENCE MOUNTAIN RETREAT
This flyer has several interesting photos of this retreat style house, starting at the top with the incredible 12′ tall x 22′ wide wood and glass sliding doors that pocket to either side, to completely open up the Hearth Room with the Outdoor Living Room, bringing the inside out and the outside in, like has never been done before.
The next photo to the lower left is of these same doors from the exterior, and to the right, a nice stone & timber frame detail Rand Soellner created to frame a window area.
